Is it possible to buy without registering?

Yes of course, if you do not register on the site, you can still make purchases on the portal; just add the desired products to the cart, go to the checkout and fill in the QUICK CHECKOUT fields.

How soon will I receive my order?

Delivery of an order in Italy usually takes place within 24 working hours following shipment (48 hours for islands and disadvantaged areas).

Can I pay on delivery?

Absolutely yes, during checkout you have the option to select Cash on Delivery as the payment method (available only in Italy), at an additional cost of €5.00.

What material are the lenses (and/or the frame) made of?

The material composition of the glasses is indicated in the description published in each product sheet.

What are the measurements of the glasses?

The measurements of each component of a pair of glasses are also indicated in the relative description.

How can I make a return?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can request the return or replacement of the purchased products within 30 days of delivery.

Once we have received the products to be returned or replaced, and verified their integrity, we will refund or replace the purchased products with others chosen by you (any differences in the amount for the replaced products must be paid).

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund will be made by crediting back in the same way in which the purchase was made.

Ottica Pugliese srl will verify if the returned products are actually in their original conditions; if the products returned by the customer are damaged, without the guarantee seal, incomplete, deteriorated and/or dirty, they will be returned and not refunded.
